Samsung launches high-contrast LCD monitor

  „Samsung this week announced a new 17-inch LCD monitor that offers a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, which aims to provide more legibility when reading or viewing content. The SyncMaster 711T monitor is now shipping for an estimated street price of about $600.“
