„As part of our testing of 17- and 18-inch LCD monitors, we took measurements of the screen output using a MURATest system from ELDIM of Hérouville Saint Clair, France. We used a temperature-controlled charge-coupled device (CCD) to measure the light output; the measurements are displayed graphically. To make the differences in brightness easier to view, we applied false coloring to the scores.“
